I was approached by Newchip and Athaneum to share my 2.5+ decades of knowledge working in both startups and large companies, creating and fostering strong Stakeholder teams and the principles of setting up UX UI Design Teams, and skills needed based on their current environment and company goals.
Typical engagements occur when my areas of expertise are needed by companies who are struggling to solve their internal design strategy and team setup and responsibility assignments. Engagements are typically video or phone consultations.
